上财年1.1万宗交易受惠放宽100元印花税门槛措施 库房少收4亿元

立法会昨日(7日)通过《2025年印花税(修订)条例草案》,落实2025至2026年度《财政预算案》的建议,将征收100元印花税的物业价值上限由300万元提高至400万元,以减轻购买楼价较低物业人士的负担。财经事务及库务局局长许正宇表示,根据2024至2025年度的物业交易数据,当局预计约有1.1万宗交易受惠,占总交易量约15%,政府预料每年收入将减少约4亿元。
以410万元的物业(即超过400万元的物业)为例,旧有税率下买家须缴付6.15万元印花税,但按建议税率,买家只须缴付2.01万元印花税,减幅达67%。(gc/u)
