智通财经APP获悉，昊海生科(06826)早盘跌超6%，截至发稿，跌4%，报24港元，成交额651.46万港元。
消息面上，昊海生科公告称，公司收到控股股东、实际控制人之一蒋伟通知，其于近日收到中国证监会出具的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌内幕交易，决定对其立案。据了解，该事项与公司股票无关。本次事项系对蒋伟个人的调查，其不参与公司日常经营管理，该事项不会对公司日常经营活动产生重大影响。
此外，昊海生科近期发布2025年一季报，收入实现6.19亿元，同比下滑4.25%，归母净利润0.90亿元，同比下滑7.41%。平安证券指出，人工晶体销售收入占比约12.16%，集采对公司业绩端有一定影响。东北证券则指出，公司一季度眼科业务依然受制集采导致的产品销售价格下滑，同时医美终端消费延续疲软态势，公司作为医美玻尿酸核心厂商，受到市场一定影响，收入略微下降。
