* 全球啤酒巨头百威英博ABI.BR在港股分拆上市的亚太业务--百威亚太1876.HK周四早盘低开0.4%，随后跌幅扩大至2%。
* 该公司稍早公告称，第一季百威亚太股权持有人应占溢利2.3亿美元，同比降18.5%；在中国的不利区域和渠道组合的影响下，收入同比降11.1%至14.6亿美元。
该公司并指，第一季受业务布局和即饮渠道的表现持续疲弱、以及库存管理措施的影响，中国地区销量减少9.2%，当中库存管理措施占销量跌幅约四分之一。由于基数较高，加上区域和渠道组合不利的影响，收入减少12.7%。
