智通财经APP讯，越秀地产(00123)发布公告，广州市城市建设开发有限公司2022年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)(品种二)(以下简称“本期债券”)，将于2025年5月19日开始支付自2024年5月17日至2025年5月16日期间的利息。
据悉，本期债券简称“22穗建02”，发行总额15亿元，票面利率3.38%。
