BlockBeats 消息，5 月 8 日，据官方消息，美股上市公司 DeFi Development Corp. 宣布其董事会已批准对公司已发行和流通的普通股进行股票拆分。
股票拆分将导致截至 2025 年 5 月 19 日交易结束时的每位股东，按每持有一股股票，额外获得六股。由于该公司股票在纳斯达克交易，因此股票交易平台需要给予最终批准。如果获得批准，股票将于 5 月 20 日开始按拆分后调整的基础重新交易。
拆分后，公司的流通股将从 2,011,887 股增至约 14,083,209 股。公司的授权股本将保持不变。
