5月8日，国内知名的现制饮品公司沪上阿姨正式在香港联交所挂牌上市，股票代码：02589.HK。此次成功上市，标志着沪上阿姨在资本市场迈出坚实一步，也为其未来发展注入强劲动力。

招股书显示，截至2024年12月31日，沪上阿姨共有9,176家门店，市场份额稳步扩大。与此同时，公司的商品交易总额（GMV）保持稳健增长，2022年至2023年，沪上阿姨GMV分别为60.68亿元、97.32亿元，同比增长45.8%、60.4%，2024年进一步增长至107.36亿元。

当前，沪上阿姨已成功构建稳固的供应链与数字化体系，为其业务持续扩展提供有力支持。截至2024年12月31日，沪上阿姨的供应链网络包括12个大仓储物流基地，4个设备仓库、8个新鲜农产品仓库以及15个前置冷链仓库。此外，公司建立了一套数字化WMS，协助实时监控及分析库存，从而优化库存管理及改善库存周转，为加盟商提供全生命周期的支持及督导。

随着供应链与加盟管理的不断优化，沪上阿姨赢得了越来越多加盟商的信赖与支持。截至2024年12月31日，沪上阿姨共拥有5,455名加盟商，其中30.0%或1,637名加盟商开设了两家及以上门店；于2024年，有48.8%或1,164间新加盟店仍由公司现有加盟商开设。
