中新经纬5月8日电 8日，沪上阿姨正式在港交所挂牌，该股首日大幅高开68.49%，股价报190.60港元。

　　招股书介绍，2013年，沪上阿姨首家门店在上海人民广场开业。2024年，公司实现营收32.85亿元，较上一年减少约0.6亿元；归母净利润3.29亿元，同比减少约0.59亿元。

　　截至2024年末，沪上阿姨门店网络共有9176家门店，其中有9152家由加盟商经营，占总门店数量的99.7%。

　　此次IPO，沪上阿姨共引入2名基石投资者，包括盈峰集团旗下的盈峰控股和华宝股份旗下的华置，合计认购921.55万美元股份(约合7149万港元)。募集资金将用于提升公司的数字化能力；提高原材料及食材的质量，以及升级设备、机器；提升公司的生产、加工、仓储、物流及分销能力；提升品牌势能并进一步扩张及壮大门店网络；投资各种营销活动等。

　　配发结果显示，沪上阿姨香港公开发售最终发售股份数量(经重新分配后调整)为120.57万股，国际发售的最终发售股份数量(经重新分配后调整)为120.57万股。最终发售价为每股113.12港元，全球发售净筹约1.95亿港元。(中新经纬APP)
