　　复旦张江（01349）盘中涨近8%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.13%，现报2.64港元，成交额3436.23万港元。

　　复旦张江公告称，2024年，盐酸多柔比星脂质体注射液首次被纳入国家集采目录。根据国家组织药品联合采购办公室发布的《关于公布全国药品集中采购（GY-YD2024-2）中选结果的通知》，本次集采的执行期间为各品种各地采购中选结果执行之日起至2027年12月31日。依据本次集采的规则以及市场竞争格局的改变，将导致里葆多的销售策略和销售价格需要在执行期间进行调整。

　　公告显示，2024年度，该药物销售收入约为人民币2.1亿元，占集团全年销售收入的29%。经公司审慎研究，决定自2025年5月1日起按照各省份对于未中选产品的规则和要求，陆续调整、梯度降低该药物的市场零售价格，相比此前中标价格降价幅度不低于35%。预计价格调整将对公司2025年度及后续执行期间的销售收入产生不利影响，可能导致该药物2025年度出现单产品亏损的风险。
