智通财经APP获悉，耀才证券金融(01428)尾盘跌超10%，截至发稿，跌10.34%，报6.85港元，成交额6.83亿港元。
消息面上，4月25日，蚂蚁财富通过关联公司上海云发起对耀才证券的要约收购，要约价为每股3.28港元，较停牌前收盘价溢价17.6%，涉及约8.58亿股，总价28.14亿港元。国泰海通证券表示，通过控股耀才证券这一香港持牌金融机构，蚂蚁财富得以快速获取香港市场准入资格，突破地域壁垒，为其金融科技服务向境外市场延伸奠定基础。
海通国际指出，鉴于香港市场目前已高度饱和，且富途凭借产品优势、技术实力、品牌声誉、有机增长及活跃社区在过去几年进一步巩固市场地位，加之其进入香港市场时竞争压力较小，先发优势显著。虽然蚂蚁集团入主可能强化耀才目前缺失的基金分销服务，但在竞争对手地位稳固的情况下，耀才要夺取市场份额仍面临挑战。
