中银国际发表报告指，吉利汽车(00175.HK) 宣布拟对极氪(ZK.US) 私有化的非约束性报价建议，极氪股东可选择以每股2.566美元现金或1.23股新吉利汽车股票进行兑付。自极氪成立四年多来，通过参与极氪IPO和向控股股东吉利集团收购股权等交易，吉利汽车将其持有的极氪股权从最初的51%增加至目前的65.7%。
中金指，考虑到极氪股权结构高度集中，预计绝大多数股东会倾向于选择以吉利汽车股票而非现金作为
交易对价。因此估算吉利此次对极氪私有化的潜在现金需求约为2亿至3亿美元，完全可通过吉利汽车充足的现金储备覆盖。
