Spectrum Foods (BOM:531982), through its subsidiary Siyana Resorts, completed the acquisition of a land parcel of 4,100 square yards situated at Pushkar in the Ajmer district of Rajasthan, India, according to a BSE filing on Monday.
The company plans to use the acquired land to develop a boutique villa enclave.
The company is already developing a 185-room five-star resort in Pushkar, which is in the final stages of construction and is expected to open shortly.
