Oshkosh (OSK) said Wednesday it appointed Keith Allman as independent board chair, succeeding Steve Newlin, who is leaving the board after reaching the mandatory retirement age.
Allman's appointment was effective at the company's annual meeting of shareholders.
The company said Allman, who has been an Oshkosh board member since 2015, is set to retire as president and chief executive officer of Masco (MAS) on July 7.
