5月7日，理想汽车方面表示：“‘李想年薪6.39亿’这一说法并不准确。”理想汽车方面称，李想2024年的全部实际薪酬为266万元。目前披露的年销量50万辆对应的1800万股奖励约合6.39亿元费用，属于公司按照美股上市公司（美国会计准则）必须记账的费用，不是李想的实际薪资收益。
