智通财经APP讯，财讯传媒(00205)公布，公司建议按于记录日期每持有两股现有股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以认购价每股供股股份0.11港元发行368,071,365股供股股份(倘获悉数认购，并假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)以筹集最多约4050万港元所得款项总额，认购价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.144港元折让约23.61%。供股仅供合资格股东参与，不会向不合资格股东提呈。
如获悉数认购，供股净筹约3990万港元。约55.1%在2025年8月30日或之前用于偿还集团的应付债券;约13.8%在2025年12月31日或之前用于偿还集团的其他企业开支以及广告及营销开支的应付款项;约31.1%在2026年12月31日或之前用作集团的一般营运资金、房租及员工成本。
