新地(00016.HK) 旗下西沙SIERRA SEA 1B期今日开价。新地副董事总经理雷霆指,首批涉及160伙,折实呎价10,638元,以定价计,市值9.5亿元。
新地代理执行董事陈汉麟表示,首批单位涵盖一房至三房间隔,实用面积介乎302至807平方呎。当中,一房涉7伙;两房涉128伙;及三房占25个。以最高折扣15%计,折实售价由300.05万至935.76万元,折实呎价介乎9,499至11,695元。
陈汉麟指,项目将于明日开放示范单位及收票,最快下星期推售,会视乎需求,有机会再加推,亦有加价空间。
1B期首批入场单位为第3座G2楼J单位,实用面积302平方呎,折实售价300.05万元,折实呎价9,935元。
整个项目1B期提供794个单位,当中,一房占72伙;两房涉553伙;三房占127伙,并有42个特色单位。
