新地(00016.HK) 旗下西沙SIERRA SEA 1B期今日开价。新地副董事总经理雷霆指，首批涉及160伙，折实呎价10,638元，以定价计，市值9.5亿元。
新地代理执行董事陈汉麟表示，首批单位涵盖一房至三房间隔，实用面积介乎302至807平方呎。当中，一房涉7伙；两房涉128伙；及三房占25个。以最高折扣15%计，折实售价由300.05万至935.76万元，折实呎价介乎9,499至11,695元。
陈汉麟指，项目将于明日开放示范单位及收票，最快下星期推售，会视乎需求，有机会再加推，亦有加价空间。
1B期首批入场单位为第3座G2楼J单位，实用面积302平方呎，折实售价300.05万元，折实呎价9,935元。
整个项目1B期提供794个单位，当中，一房占72伙；两房涉553伙；三房占127伙，并有42个特色单位。
