　　固生堂（02273）盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.69%，现报33.50港元，成交额1.23亿港元。

　　据固生堂近日披露，公司上市以来，持续通过股份回购优化资本结构。自2023年8月首次启动回购以来，公司已累计斥资超3.5亿港元完成超80次回购，累计回购981.1万股。2024年5月1日至今，在一年时间内回购超50次，斥资近2.5亿港元，回购总股数达720.7万股。公司表示未来将继续深化“中医+科技”双轮驱动模式，通过数字化升级与生态圈拓展巩固行业龙头地位，为投资者创造可持续价值。

　　中金发布研报称，维持固生堂（02273）25-26年经调整净利润预测4.81/6.02亿元，当前股价对应25-26年15.7/12.6xP/E（基于经调整净利润，下同）。维持“跑赢行业”评级及目标价52.8港币，对应25-26年26.3/21.0xP/E，较当前股价有67.6%的上行空间。固生堂公布1Q25经营数据：客户就诊人次总数约为121.0万，较2024年同期（约107.4万客户就诊人次）增长12.7%。
