消息面上，歌礼制药近日宣布将在西班牙马拉加举行的第32届欧洲肥胖症大会（ECO 2025）上以口头和壁报形式报告脂肪靶向、减重不减肌的肥胖症候选药物ASC47的早期研究。据悉，ASC47是一款由歌礼自主研发的、脂肪靶向、超长效皮下注射（SQ）的甲状腺激素受体β（THRβ）选择性小分子激动剂。美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）已批准ASC47与司美格鲁肽联用治疗肥胖症的新药临床试验申请。
此外，有传闻称“世卫组织计划首次将减肥药纳入基本药物目录以治疗成人肥胖症”。5月7日，世卫组织正式回应，治疗成年肥胖患者的指南，正按照指南审查委员会的程序进行全面制定，预计在2025年8月或9月会出台最终方案。中信证券此前指，预计后续海外巨头业绩预期指引&重磅药物销售数据超预期、海外GLP-1药物在其余适应症的研发阶段性成果披露、国内相关产品的上市成功审批都将对减肥药板块形成反复催化，有望形成跨年度的主题行情。
