BlockBeats 消息，5 月 8 日，今晨，美国亚利桑那州 HB 2749 法案已被签署，亚利桑那州的首个加密储备将建立。
根据官方新闻稿，法案包含以下内容：
“如果合法所有者未能在三年时间内对通信做出回应，则推定数字资产已被放弃。一旦数字资产被视为被遗弃，持有者必须以原始形式将数字资产提交给税务部门。
该州的合格托管人被授权质押这些资产以赚取奖励或接收空投。任何质押奖励或空投资产将存入新的比特币和数字资产储备基金，由国家财政部长管理，并受立法拨款的限制。”
值得注意的是，类似情况已于去年发生，社群平台小红书上一位化名为“初”的中国网友发文提到他于 2021 年决定开始囤币，该年底他将所有代币转移到在美国合法的交易平台 Coinbase，之后他偶尔会登入帐户查看资产状况。
然而，去年 6 月，该名网友发现 Coinbase 帐户无法登陆，咨询客服后发现帐户已被注销，帐户内的 BTC 被卖掉发送给美国怀俄明州的一个机构，Coinbase 给的理由是网友帐户许久未有活动，资产被视为“Unclaim Property”。
