5月8日，老铺黄金（06181）发布公告，公司董事会宣布与配售代理签署配售协议，计划发行431万股新H股，配售价格为每股630港元。此次配售股份占公告日已发行H股及总股份的约3.19%和2.56%，假设不考虑其他股份变动，配售完成后将占扩大后股份的约3.09%和2.50%。配售所得款项总额预计为27.15亿港元，净额约为26.98亿港元，净发行价约为每股配售股份625.99港元。
配售价格较2025年5月7日收市价685港元折让约8.03%，较前五个交易日平均价732.6港元折让约14.00%。公告指出，所得款项将用于核心业务的发展、门店拓展及流动资金补充，其中80%将用于核心业务的发展，20%用于补充流动资金及一般企业用途。
