不过，由于其他公司也在申请类似的商标，比如与Cybertruck售后配件相关的商标，特斯拉的“Cybercab”商标申请进程被暂停了。
美国专利商标局给了特斯拉三个月的时间来回应这一拒绝，否则申请将自动失效。
特斯拉需要证明“Robotaxi”这个词的独特性，说明为什么他们应该得到这个商标。
审查员指出，这个词已经被其他公司用来描述类似的商品和服务，因此具有通用性。
所以，特斯拉需要向专利局展示他们的具体计划，解释为什么他们配得上这个商标。
同时，他们还得说明竞争对手是否也在使用类似的词汇来宣传自己的产品和服务。
