智通财经APP获悉，优矩控股(01948)复牌一度飙涨逾300%，截至发稿，涨191.67%，报3.5港元，成交额234.47万港元。
消息面上，优矩控股公布，原主要股东Supreme Development完成向独立第三方Autumn Harvest Ltd(要约人)出售50.62%股权，涉及约3.04亿股股份，总代价2.13亿港元，相当于每股作价0.7港元。完成后，要约人及其致行动人士共计持有公司股本72.71%，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价0.7港元，较停牌前收报折让41.67%。要约人拟维持公司的上市地位，并计划继续营运现有业务。
据悉，要约人为一间投资控股公司，其已发行股本由Cheng先生直接实益拥有60%及由Ma女士直接实益拥有40%。要约人的唯一董事为Ma女士，彼为Cheng先生的配偶。Cheng先生于互联网行业拥有逾20年的工作及管理经验，为上海智书企飞软件技术有限公司的创办人及总经理；Ma女士曾任职于百度及猎豹移动。彼于2023年加入优矩控股，担任营销部副总裁。
