据媒体消息，总部设在新加坡的家族办公室升世集团，于2025年4月收购在香港持6号牌的财务顾问公司“千里硕融资”，并推出全新的核心业务升世资本，为上市公司、私人及机构客户提供企业融资及顾问服务。

升世资本首席执行官郑达浠在接受专访时表示，升世资本的业务范围包括并购及收购建议、IPO保荐及筹备、以及为香港上市公司提供上市后及合规顾问服务，和升世御享、升世汇盈组成升世集团三大核心业务。

郑达浠表示，公司将主力发展香港业务，亦会凭借新加坡(集团总部)、迪拜(办事处)、日本(办事处)三地的优势，积极吸引东南亚、中东客户来香港IPO或做并购及收购。目前公司已获东南亚客户咨询来香港IPO事宜，包括游戏及能源类公司等，公司亦正帮助其评估上市资格。他指出，或会考虑推动于公司规模较小、未必符合主板上市要求的东南亚客户在GEM上市。
