智通财经APP获悉，富智康集团(02038)现跌近4%，截至发稿，跌3.66%，报0.79港元，成交额1356.48港元。
消息面上，富智康集团公布，于2025年第一季度，该集团实现营业收入及其他经营收入约10.17亿美元，同比增长1.91%；期间溢利107.2万美元，同比扭亏为盈。公告表示，目前预计本集团于2025年上半年将录得收入轻微减少及财务业绩将有所改善。
此外，富智康集团近期公布，建议股份10合1股份，合并须待股东于股东周年大会上批准后方可作实。生效后，每手买卖单位维持1,000股不变。股份合并预期5月20日(星期二)生效。
