专题：美联储连续第三次维持利率不变 鲍威尔承认关税影响比预期大得多

　　美联储主席杰罗姆·鲍威尔淡化货币宽松前景、且决策层维持联邦基金利率不变之后，彭博美元指数跃升至日内高点。

　　彭博美元指数上涨0.5%。

　　日元、澳元、新西兰元兑美元下跌约1%。

　　“经济前景的不确定性进一步升高，”联邦公开市场委员会（FOMC）周三在声明中表示。

　　鲍威尔在新闻发布会上表示，在这种情况下，决策者不宜先发制人。

　　“鲍威尔表示仅凭疲软的调查数据不足以让他们前瞻性降息，”Brown Brothers Harriman & Co．全球市场策略主管Win Thin表示，“这几乎是他能做出的最强烈表态。他们将维持观望，直到‘硬数据’显现疲弱”。

　　美国财政部长斯科特·贝森特和美国贸易代表杰米森·格里尔本周晚些时候将赴瑞士启动贸易谈判。

　　欧元/美元跌0.5%，至1.1313。

　　德国国防部长Boris Pistorius寻求从2025年开始将年度国防开支提高至600亿欧元以上。

　　美元/瑞郎涨0.2%，至0.8332。
