【合肥多部门联合约谈房地产领域自媒体，整治 "今年买房的钱明年买两套" 等不实言论】金十数据5月8日讯，近期，根据网民举报并巡查发现，在微博、抖音、微信视频号等网络平台上，少数自媒体账号为吸粉引流、导流客户，采用夸张、猎奇标题，违规发布不实信息。4月30日，合肥市网信办、市公安局、市城乡建设局、市市场监督管理局、市住房保障和房产管理局等部门，对房地产领域部分自媒体账号运营主体开展联合约谈。约谈要求，自媒体账号运营主体要严格遵守《网络信息内容生态治理规定》《广告法》《房地产广告发布规定》等法律法规，客观全面准确反映合肥房地产发展现状，不得断章取义、歪曲炒作，不得以“房价暴跌”“楼市崩盘”等煽动性标题制造恐慌情绪，不得借机引流变现，赚取“毒流量”牟利。对编造传播谣言、扰乱公共秩序的行为将依法追责。
