港股异动 | 耀才证券金融涨近19%，股价再创历史新高
5月6日，耀才证券金融盘中涨近19%，股价再创历史新高。
消息面上，4月25日，蚂蚁财富通过关联公司上海云发起对耀才证券的要约收购，要约价为每股3.28港元，较停牌前收盘价溢价17.6%，涉及约8.58亿股（占50.55%股权），总价28.14亿港元。国泰海通证券表示，通过控股耀才证券这一香港持牌金融机构，蚂蚁财富得以快速获取香港市场准入资格，突破地域壁垒，为其金融科技服务向境外市场延伸奠定基础。
西部证券则指出，作为本土老牌券商，耀才证券互联网基因相对缺乏，本次收购有望借助蚂蚁的技术优势提升公司交易平台效能，加速数字化转型。
