OpenAI首席执行官兼联合创始人山姆·阿尔特曼周四宣布，美国生鲜杂货配送平台Instacart现任CEO菲吉·西莫将卸任，加入OpenAI担任应用部门主管。西莫将直接向阿尔特曼汇报，而阿尔特曼将继续领导这家微软支持的ChatGPT开发商。

　　此次人事变动前两日，OpenAI刚宣布撤回一项重大重组计划，其非营利性母公司保留控制权，此举可能限制阿尔特曼的权力。

　　OpenAI在周三深夜发布的博客文章中称，西莫（去年加入OpenAI董事会）将在未来几个月内离开Instacart，并于今年晚些时候履新。西莫在致员工的邮件中表示，Instacart将尽快任命新CEO，她本人将留任董事长以协助过渡。

　　本月早些时候，Instacart对第二季度核心利润的预测高于华尔街预期。该公司周四在提交的声明中强调：“今日的公告并不反映公司业务或运营出现任何变化。”
