智通财经APP讯，华油能源(01251)发布公告，于2025年5月8日，出租人中关村科技与承租人十七北京华油(本公司的间接附属公司)订立融资租赁协议十七，承租人十七已同意出售其自有资产(即租赁资产十七)予出租人，转让代价为人民币1450万元;及出租人已同意将租赁资产十七租回予承租人十七，租期为36个月。融资租赁协议十七项下的租赁付款总额为人民币1608.66万元，包括融资租赁本金人民币1450万元及融资租赁利息(含增值税)人民币158.66万元。
租赁资产十七为存放于中国境内及土库曼斯坦的油气开采设备，于相关时间的账面净值约为人民币1451.32万元。
