XPeng (HKG:9868) is looking to list its flying car subsidiary XPeng Aeroht in Hong Kong or the US, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The China-based electric vehicle manufacturer has asked banks to play a role in the IPO, the report said.
Discussions are still ongoing, and XPeng could decide on another IPO venue or not proceed with the offering at all, the report said.
