老铺黄金(06181.HK) 宣布于昨日(7日)达成配售协议，拟配售431万股新H股，占公司已发行H股及已发行股份总数的约3.19%及约2.56%，每股配售价630元，较昨日收市价每股685元折让约8.03%。配售所得款项总额料达27.15亿元，扣除佣金及估计开支后所得款项净额预计为约26.98亿元。
