5月6日，京东举办“2025年京东618招商启动大会”，会上宣布年中购物“双促”节奏：5月13日晚8点至5月28日24点，京东将推出心动购物季活动，京东618将于5月31日晚8点现货开卖。

　　今年京东618设置了“开门红、专场期、高潮期、返场期”四大阶段，期间推出惊喜日、超级秒杀日、百亿补贴日、超省特价日、超级直播日、PLUS会员日、万店秒杀日等主题促销活动。

　　今年京东将重点打造的六大惊喜日将横跨两大购物节，联动众多明星和IP，推出好玩有趣的活动和多轮超级大奖福利。

　　为了给消费者带来“更实惠、更好玩、更简单”的购物体验，京东在整合“平台满200减20补贴券”“跨店满减”等促销玩法上，还将首次整合国家补贴与京东外卖百亿补贴等资源“补上加补”。

　　今年京东618还通过“秒杀”“国家补贴×百亿补贴”“特价”“试用”“拍卖”等核心频道，满足不同消费者的个性化购物需求。

　　今年京东618期间，京东将持续为消费者打造“全程安心保障”的服务体验。在服务效率方面，京东依托大模型和自动化策略，让消费者在咨询、商品配送、售后等环节与商家的沟通更加便捷高效，同时通过“晚发赔”“送货上门” 等履约保障，进一步提升商品配送时效的确定性。在售后保障方面，京东将通过闪电退款、极速审核以及超百项行业首创的品类特色服务，为消费者构建起全面、完善的售后保障体系。
