新浪科技讯 5月7日晚间消息，文远知行更新公开信息，披露了Uber对公司的最新投资：Uber承诺在现有投资基础上，向文远知行追加1亿美元股权投资。
文远知行向新浪科技表示：这是Uber迄今在自动驾驶领域的最大笔投资。该笔投资将在接下来数月在文远选择的时间完成交割。当前Uber和文远知行共同运营着全球中美市场以外最大的Robotaxi车队。5月6日，双方联合宣布计划未来5年，在15座新增城市部署Robotaxi，包含欧洲、中东等国际市场。车队规模有望达到数十万级，惠及千万级终端用户。Uber与文远知行于2024年9月建立战略合作，于2024年12月在阿联酋首都阿布扎比落地中东最大商业运营Robotaxi车队。今年4月，双方将合作拓展至迪拜，打开中东第二城。（罗宁）
