智通财经APP讯，港誉智慧城市服务(00265)公布，自2025年5月7日起，何琦先生及隋风致先生，两者均为独立非执行董事，已各自调任为非执行董事。
同日起，隋风致先生已获委任为董事会副主席，Juliett Jing Dong女士(前称Jing Dong(东晶))已获委任为独立非执行董事。
于调任后，何琦先生已不再担任董事会审核委员会及董事会提名委员会各自的成员，而隋风致先生已不再担任审核委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员。
此外，李安颖女士为专注于作为公司副首席财务官的会计及财务职能，已提呈辞任公司公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，林凌芳已获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人。
