【贵州茅台：截至2025年4月底回购股份已支付的总金额为30.39亿元】金十数据5月7日讯，贵州茅台公告称，公司于2024年11月27日召开2024年第一次临时股东大会，审议通过了《关于以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份的方案》。公司决定以自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，用于注销并减少注册资本，回购价格不超过1,771.90元/股，回购金额不低于人民币30亿元且不超过人民币60亿元，实施期限为自公司股东大会审议通过回购方案之日起12个月内。截至2025年4月底，公司已累计回购股份2,017,483股，占公司总股本的比例为0.1606%，购买的最高价为1,584.06元/股、最低价为1,417.01元/股，已支付的总金额为3,038,850,762.50元。
