智通财经APP讯，经纬天地(02477)公布，据经纬天地集团告知，出售事项一已根据买卖协议的条款及条件于2025年5 月7日完成。由于完成一，经纬天地集团拥有的股份数目已由3.11亿股股份减少至2.66亿股股份(占公司已发行股本的26.6%)，而经纬天地集团已不再为公司控股股东且将仍为公司主要股东。
董事会进一步宣布，据经纬天地集团告知，出售事项二预计于2025年5月30日(或经纬天地集团及恒峰国际可能书面协定的有关其他日期)或之前完成。
