【安踏体育：15亿欧元零息有担保可换股债券换股价调整为每股102.62港元】金十数据5月7日讯，安踏体育(02020.HK)在港交所公告，于2029年到期15亿欧元零息有担保可换股债券换股价调整，每股换股价将由港币104.02元调整为港币102.62元，自2025年5月14日（香港时间），即紧随股息相关的记录日期后当日起生效。于调整后及假设悉数转换债券，债券将转换成119,188,755股换股股份，相当于本公告日期已发行股份约4.25%及经发行有关换股股份扩大后已发行股份约4.07%（假设已发行股份总数并无其他变动）。除调整外，债券的所有其他条款及条件维持不变。
