* 同意配售4,310,000股新H股，配售价为每股H股630港元
* 配售股份分别占经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的H股及已发行股份总数的约3.09%及 约2.50%，配售价较5月7日收市价折让约8.03%
* 配售所得款项净额26.98亿港元，其中(i)80%用于核心业务的发展，包括但不限于中国内地门店拓展、现有门店位置优化和面积扩建以及支持同店销售的快速增长；及(ii)20%用于补充流动资金及一般企业用途
