Odaily星球日报讯 今天凌晨，OpenAI 在官网宣布一个全新的 AI 发展计划——OpenAI for Countries。今年 1 月 21 日，特朗普在白宫宣布由 OpenAI、软银、甲骨文等一起投资 5000 亿美元的“星际之门”（Stargate project）项目。现在，OpenAI 希望为全球每一个国家都建立一个类似的项目，与他们一起合作开发 AI 基础设施，并且会提供专业定制版 ChatGPT，来改善医疗、教育、法律等领域。OpenAI 表示，在推进“OpenAI for Countries”这一计划时，其目标是在该计划的第一阶段与各个国家或地区开展 10 个项目，并在此基础上进一步拓展。（AIGC 开放社区）
