智通财经APP讯，浙商银行(02016)发布公告，鉴于高强无法履职的情况，该行于2025年5月7日召开第七届监事会(监事会)第十一次会议，经会议审议，通过《关于解除该行第七届监事会外部监事职务的议案》，同意解除高强的监事会外部监事、提名委员会主任委员职务(该解除)，并同意提请该行股东大会(股东大会)审议。解除高强监事会提名委员会主任委员职务于本公告日生效，解除高强监事会外部监事职务尚待该行股东批准后生效。
