据《观点网》报道，西安港务区奥体地皮成功出让。经过20轮竞价，最终被绿城(03900.HK) 以亩单价1,685.13万元人民币(下同)，成交楼面价每平方米10,110.89元，成交总价13.93亿元，溢价率15.8%。
该地皮为西安港务区奥体核心最后一幅超过80亩稀缺地皮，其位于浐灞国际港欧亚大道以西、元朔大道以北，占地面积82.676亩，其中住宅80.697亩，商服1.979亩。容积率2.5，绿化率35%，建筑密度20%。
据悉，这是绿城时隔14个月后，再次在国际港务区拿地。该幅土地也是西安今年首个溢价成交地皮。(ta/w)
