Odaily星球日报讯 据官方公告，加拿大科技公司 Matador Technologies Inc.（TSXV：MATA，OTCQB：MATAF）近日宣布将进行非经纪私募，发行数量最多为 5,454,546 个单位，每股价格为 0.55 加元。Matador 预计募集资金总额最高可达 300 万加元。预计此次发行的净收益将约三分之一用于以下用途：购买比特币；推进公司的黄金收购和格莱美业务计划；一般公司用途。
