据四位知情人士透露，雀巢已聘请罗斯柴尔德为今年晚些时候出售其水部门提供咨询，这家瑞士食品巨头正寻求重新聚焦于更大的品牌。

　　在新任首席执行官劳伦特·弗雷克斯（Laurent Freixe）的领导下，雀巢一直在努力将重点缩小到2000个品牌中的30个左右，优先考虑的品牌包括Kit-Kat巧克力威化棒、雀巢咖啡、NAN婴儿配方奶粉、美极面条和调味料。

　　去年11月，该集团宣布将从明年1月1日起将水务业务剥离为一个独立的全球部门，并对合作和交易持开放态度。该公司表示，该部门一直在努力解决产能问题。

　　消息人士称，雀巢计划保留水业务的部分股权，该业务包括Perrier和S.Pellegrino等品牌。消息人士要求匿名，因此事属于私密性质。

　　其中一位知情人士补充说，该部门的估值可能超过50亿欧元（合56亿美元）。

　　两位知情人士表示，Platinum Equity、黑石和One Rock Capital Partners等私募股权公司已就收购该业务的可能要约进行了早期谈判。其他相关方包括PAI Partners和CD&R。
