Affirm Holdings shares declined 5.8% in premarket trading after the midpoint of its fourth quarter revenue guidance came in below Wall Street's estimates.
Shares were trading around $51.10. The stock is down 13% on the year.
The buy-now, pay-later platform forecast revenue between $815 million and $845 million, equating to a midpoint of $830 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $835.9 million.
