智通财经APP获悉，美亚控股(01116)今早复牌，早盘一度跌超60%，截至发稿，跌40%，报0.51港元，成交额1096.1万港元。
消息面上，美亚控股自2023年9月29日上午九时正起暂停于联交所买卖，由于复牌已获达成，停牌一年半复牌。今年3月27日，美亚控股补发多份财报，最新业绩显示，该公司截至2024年12月31日止六个月实现收益3.95亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加6.8%；股东应占亏损865万元，同比扩大47.54%。
据悉，美亚控股是一家主要从事钢制品相关产品业务的香港投资控股公司。该公司通过四个业务分部进行运营。中国内地钢产品分部在中国内地从事制造及买卖钢管、钢片及其他钢制品业务。越南钢产品分部在越南从事制造及买卖钢管、钢片及其他钢产品业务。投资分部从事股本证券投资业务，以赚取股息收入、利息收入及投资价值的长期升值。飞机分部从事租赁飞机以赚取租金收入，以及提供顾问服务业务。
