巨腾国际(03336.HK) 公布，就早前附属公司大昶(苏州)与华映视讯（吴江）有限公司订立的交还协议，拟交还四幅位于江苏省苏州市的工业用地，代价约为3.56亿元人民币(下同)。
集团最新公布，根据近期与地方政府及华映（吴江）进行之商讨，由于当地政府对城市规划及管理政策作出后续变动，该地块及物业将用作环保与生态设施项目，而根据当地适用法律法规，该项目不能由“商业个体”承接，而须由政府机构承接。因此，大昶(苏州)中止以及华映（吴江）的协议，并与地方政府订立新的交还协议，代价约为3.56亿元，将由地方政府支付。集团预期会确认未经审核收益约3.23亿元，将用作集团之一般营运资金及资本开支。(ss/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
