新华财经东京5月9日电（记者钱铮） 日本松下集团（Panasonic holdings）9日宣布，作为集团经营改革的一个环节，将在日本国内外裁员约1万人。

松下集团9日发布名为《集团经营改革进展》的新闻公报。公报说，2025财年（2025年4月至2026年3月）将集中精力推进经营改革，以解决结构性、本质性问题。在集团经营改革中，集团旗下各公司将重点对营业部门及间接部门进行彻底的业务效率优化，并重新设计必要的组织架构与人员数。同时将推进终止预期收益难以改善的亏损业务，以及整合撤并分支机构。计划在日本国内和海外各裁员5000人规模，包括招募提前退休人员。主要在2025财年之内实施。

松下集团9日还公布了2024财年决算报告。数据显示，松下2024财年营业额84581亿日元，比上一财年微降0.5%；纯利润3662亿日元，比2023财年大幅下降17.5%。

松下希望经营改革能给集团带来超过1500亿日元的利润改善效果，2026财年的营业利润能从2024财年的4265亿日元提高到6000亿日元以上。不过结构改革的成本预计将使松下2025财年损失1300亿日元。
