智通财经APP讯，庄士机构国际(00367)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度取得本公司权益持有人应占亏损约5.8亿港元至6.4亿港元，而去年则取得亏损约9.32亿港元。
根据现时可取得的未经审核财务资料分析，截至2025年3月31日止年度的亏损乃主要由于确认本集团投资物业的公平值亏损;确认本集团待售物业以及位于中国的一个发展项目(在账目中列为订金)的减值拨备;惟被本公司分别于2024年5月9日及2024年12月13日所公布出售分别于蒙古国及新加坡拥有资产的附属公司的收益所抵销。然而，本公司股东及有意投资者应注意，上述因素均为会计亏损，对本集团的现金流并无直接影响。尽管本集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得亏损，本集团的财务状况仍然健全。
