　　在2025年1至4月份的累计合约销售额为95.56亿元，合约销售面积为82万平方米，按年下跌14.1%和15.5%。

　　截至2025年4月底，累计认购未签约额为5.86亿元，认购未签约面积为5.27万平方米。

　　在新增项目方面，公告指出，公司在2025年4月份于江苏省扬州市和浙江省绍兴市新增了2个项目，总楼面面积为9.01万平方米，总土地价格为5.24亿元。

　　从2025年1月1日至4月30日的期间内，公司累计新增总楼面面积50万平方米，总土地价格为29.82亿元。公告中详细列出了新增项目的具体信息，包括项目名称、城市、土地面积及总土地价格等。
