东亚银行(00023.HK) 公布，执行主席李国宝、其配偶潘金翠，及集团副主席李国章，分别同意向大股东三井住友银行购入4,080万、400万及800万集团股份，共涉及5,280万股份，占已发行普通股总数2%，每股价格为9.64元，较今日收市价11.12元，折让13.3%，即涉及总额约5.09亿元。
李国宝及李国章表示，购买收购股份反映他们对该行长期前景、战略方向及为股东创造可持续价值的信心。
收购完成后，李国宝、潘金翠连同其控制的公司，将持有约1.44亿股股份，约占已发行股份总数的5.48%；李国章及其控制的公司将持有约4,227.25万股股份，约占已发行股份总数的1.60%；而三井住友银行将持有5.22亿股股份，约占已发行股份总数的19.79%，并将继续为该行主要股东及最大股东。(ss/u)
