消息面上，近日，中远海控发布2025年第一季度报告，该集团取得营业收入579.6亿元，同比增加20.05%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润116.95亿元，同比增加73.12%；基本每股收益0.74元。码头业务方面，公司所属中远海运港口码头总吞吐量达到3574.89万标准箱，同比增长7.48%。
方正证券指出，公司主业端“格局为运价托底”与报表端利息收入+投资收益下，中长期盈利中枢或具备支撑，PB/净现金构筑安全边际；同时稳定分红(50%分红率下对应25年A/H股息率6%/8%)与积极回购也将带来可观的股东回报，长期价值修复空间较大。此外供应链事件也将带来运价超预期的额外期权。该行续指，红海绕行下运价或仍保持一定盈利区间内季节性宽幅震荡，关税更多体现为跨航线运力动态平衡的结构性变化，关注美国“挂港税”影响。
